(a) All persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies, trusts, joint stock companies, unincorporated associations, governmental entities, banking institutions, and any other organization, wishing to construct, operate, maintain, reconstruct, and/or rebuild a telecommunications network used to provide telecommunications services to residents, businesses or other premises within the City or through the City to service other municipalities shall be required to obtain a Telecommunications Right-of-Way Permit from the Building Inspector in the form and under the requirements provided for in subsection (b) hereof.
(b) The form of the Telecommunications Right-of-Way Permit required under this Ordinance shall be in the form as set forth in Exhibit “A”, attached to Ordinance 20-1997, and expressly made a part hereof by reference.
(c) Any Telecommunications Right-of-Way Permit granted under this section may be amended only in accordance with the provisions contained in the Permit as provided for in subsection (b) hereof and only upon approval of such amendment by Council.
