(a) Any and all provisions of this chapter or related chapters within the Codified Ordinances shall apply to invisible fences whether they are operated with low voltage electric current or high frequency sound waves or any other invisible force not listed herein.
(b) All contractors constructing invisible fences shall be registered by the City as required under separate chapter.
(c) Invisible fences shall be constructed pursuant to the manufacturer's specifications, a copy of which shall be submitted to the Building Department as part of the permit application. If applicable the product shall bear the label of an approved testing laboratory or agency.
