(a) A residential lot shall be permitted to accommodate either a detached garage or a shed.
(b) A shed shall be located in the rear yard a minimum of ten feet (10') from the dwelling area of any dwelling unit and a minimum of six feet (6') from a garage; no closer to the rear property line or existing permanent easement than three feet (3'); and no closer to the side property line than permitted within the district.
(c) A detached garage shall be located in the side or rear yard maintaining a side yard setback as permitted by the district and rear yard setback from the rear property line of five feet (5').
(d) A deck shall be located in the side and rear yards as permitted by the setbacks within the district.
(e) A dock shall be located in the rear yard a minimum of five feet (5') from the side property line.
(f) A shed or detached garage shall be constructed only on dry land. Such structures shall not be permitted to be constructed upon a deck or a dock.
