1350.02 DEFINITIONS.
   (a)   Principal Use. A building in which is conducted the primary use of the lot on which it is located.
   (b)   Accessory Use. A use subordinate to the principal use for purposes clearly incidental to those of the principal use.
   (c)   Deck. An exterior floor system supported on at least two sides by an adjoining structure and/or posts, piers or other independent supports.
   (d)   Dock. An exterior floor system supported on at least two sides by an adjoining structure and/or posts, piers or other independent supports located adjacent to a body of water.
   (e)   Garage, Attached. An accessory use that is part of the principal building uses for the storage of private passenger motor vehicles.
   (f)   Garage, Detached. An accessory building used for the storage of private passenger motor vehicles not to exceed twenty-four feet (24') in any direction and not more than one story or fifteen feet (15') in height.
   (g)   Shed. An accessory building for the storage of tools, equipment, etc. not to exceed one hundred twenty square feet (120 sq. ft.) in area and not more than eleven feet (11') in height.
   (h)   Storage Chest. Any storage compartment designed for storage of deck and/or dock related items. Such storage items shall not include explosive gases or liquids.
