The certificate of registration shall be valid for the calendar year in which it was issued and shall be renewed annually thereafter. Licenses are issued for a calendar year starting January 1 or any date thereafter during the year and expires December 31 of the same year. The fee is one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) a year or for any portion thereof. A fee of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) shall be paid for registration at the time of the original issuance and each renewal thereafter.
