In the event that weather conditions prevent the completion of the premises intended for occupancy, and in that event only, the Building Inspector may issue a temporary occupancy permit for a period not to exceed six months, except when such period is extended as provided for in Section 1325.06. The permit shall be issued only when all the requirements of the Zoning Code and the Building Code and regulations of the
City
have been fulfilled except that the following items need not be complete for issuance of a temporary occupancy permit:
(a) Final grading; (compliance with approved topographical plan)
(b) Landscaping;
(c) Lot pins;
(d) Permanent Drive (Hard surfaces).
