(a) A combination site plan/topographical map shall be submitted to the
City
Building Department no later than the Friday prior to the regularly scheduled meeting of the Architectural Board of Review.
(b) If the combination site plan/topographical map is submitted by the deadline, then it shall be reviewed by the Architectural Board of Review. If the site plan/topographical map is not submitted by the deadline, then the Architectural Board of Review, at its discretion, may agree to review the plans.
(c) Once the combination site plan/topographical map has been submitted, then it shall be reviewed by the Building Official in order to insure conformance with all pertinent and applicable building codes adopted by the
City
.
(d) Following approval by the Architectural Board of Review and the Building Official, the
City
Engineer shall review, for approval, the combination site plan/topographical map within five business days thereof.
(e) In the event that the combination site plan/topographical map is not approved by the
City
Engineer, then the plans shall be returned to the applicant for modification in conformance with the Engineer’s recommendation prior to the issuance of any permit.
