933.01 CONTRACTS EXCLUSIVE.

(a) All future contracts for the collection and removal of garbage within the City shall be exclusive and all residents and homeowners/condominium associations shall adhere to the terms thereof.

(b) Violation of this section shall be a minor misdemeanor for each violation. Each violation shall be considered a separate offense and shall be treated same.
