   925.02 PROHIBITING DISCHARGE OF STORM WATER BY MEANS OF A SUMP PUMP OR PIPING.
   Council hereby prohibits the discharge of storm water on the streets and highways of the City by means of a sump pump or piping.
   Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
