Prior to tapping into the restricted water main via Glenwood Blvd. from Liberty Road east to Nautilus Trail, property owners shall reimburse the City for the property’s proportionate cost thereof based on the calculations provided by the City Engineer. The calculations of the City Engineer are attached to Ordinance 13-1996 and incorporated herein as if fully rewritten.
(a) The sixteen inch water main via Glenwood Blvd. from Liberty Road east to the Nautilus Trail intersection in the City shall be restricted.
(b) Any property owner wishing to tap in to the water line shall reimburse the City for the property’s proportionate share of the costs thereof.
(c) After the property’s proportionate share is paid in full, the City shall issue a certificate of payment to Cleveland so as to permit the tap in.
(d) The Fiscal Officer is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this section to the Cleveland Water Department.
