(a) Property owners shall be responsible for all hard surface replacement or installation performed by the City on private property.
(b) Culverts shall be built at twenty foot minimums. There shall be a fifty dollar ($50.00) installation fee for each twenty foot section to cover labor and equipment.
(c) In addition to the cost of the culvert there shall be an additional fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the culvert cost.
