Whoever violates any of the sections contained in this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for single dwelling resident applicants and not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for other applicants. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
