723.18 SHUT-OFF VALVES.

All gas and oil production facilities shall be equipped with automatic regulating and shut-off valves, which shall be located in the system ahead of any pressure relief valves included in the projection and processing equipment. Such valves shall be designed to eliminate or reduce the venting of gas to the air pursuant to Federal and State Regulations.
