723.15 PLAT OF COMPLETED FACILITIES.

Within thirty days after the well is in operation, the permit holder shall furnish the Building Inspector with an amended plat detailing the exact location of the well, all permanent storage facilities, fences, property boundaries, roads, landscaping and transmission lines.
