720.02 RESTORATION OF LAWN TO ORIGINAL CONDITION.

Every person owning property within the City shall, within 180 days from the start of construction or digging of sewer or water tap-ins, or 150 days from the completion of such project, whichever date occurs sooner, restore the lawn to its original condition, including, but not limited to, seeding and restoring to natural grade.
