The following restrictions shall apply to all operators of golf carts within the Village: (Ord. 2007-1, 5-21-2007; amd. Ord. 2018-5, 9-13-2018)
A. Operating License: A person shall hold a valid operator's license to operate a golf cart. No person whose operating license is under suspension, revocation, or cancellation may operate a golf cart.
B. Exemption: A golf cart shall be exempt from the registration requirement if the operator meets the definition of a person with a disability as described in Wisconsin Statutes section 340.01(43g). (Ord. 2018-5, 9-13-2018)
