9-2-3: DEFINITIONS:

GOLF CART: A small motor vehicle designed and manufactured for operation on a golf course for sporting or recreational purposes and that is not capable of exceeding speeds of twenty five (25) miles per hour. Golf cart does not include an all- terrain vehicle (ATV).

VILLAGE: The village of Reedsville, Wisconsin.

VILLAGE BOARD: The board of trustees of the village of Reedsville, Wisconsin. (Ord. 2007-1, 5-21-2007)
