6-7-9: SEVERABILITY:

If any section, subsection, paragraph, clause, sentence, phrase or word contained in this chapter or the application thereof is found to be invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining portions of the chapter and the application thereof shall remain in full force and effect. (Ord. 2003-7, 9-2-2003)
