4-2-3-4: INDECENT CONDUCT AND LANGUAGE4:

No person shall use any indecent, vile, profane or obscene language or conduct himself in any indecent, lewd, lascivious or obscene manner within the village. It shall be a violation of this section for any person to sell, give away or distribute within the village any obscene show or exhibition. (1968 Code § 7.03)
