No person shall hunt, trap, shoot or kill any wild animal or bird within the Village except as authorized by the Village Board, and except as follows:
A. Exceptions:
1. Bow and crossbow hunting are permitted, but not on any Municipally owned land and not within one hundred (100) yards of any permanent building or structure used for human occupancy on another person's land. This distance restriction does not apply if the person who owns the land on which the building or structure is located allows the hunter to hunt within one hundred (100) yards of the building or structure. All bows and crossbows shall be discharged toward the ground (e.g., from a tree stand). (Ord. 2015-4, 10-8-2015)
