4-2-2-2: DRUNKENNESS:

No person shall be habitually drunk or intoxicated so as to disturb good order and quiet of the Village or be found in any place within the Village in such a state of intoxication that he is unable to care for his own safety or for the safety of others. (1968 Code § 7.02)
