4-2-1-4: OBSTRUCTION OF AISLES, FIRE ESCAPES:
No person shall obstruct an aisle, fire escape, entrance or exit of a public building or building used for the assemblage of more than ten (10) persons. (1968 Code § 7.01; amd. 1981 Code)
