3-5-13: REMOVAL OF FACILITIES:
Upon termination of any subscriber to the grantee's service, the grantee may at its own option, or shall upon subscriber's written request, remove all of its facilities or equipment from the premises of the terminated subscriber. (Ord., 12-19-1983)
