3-5-4: EFFECTIVE DATE AND PERIOD:

Upon final passage and publication hereof as provided by law, and upon acceptance by the company, this chapter shall take effect and shall then continue in full force and effect for a period of fifteen (15) years upon the terms and conditions set forth herein. (Ord., 12-19-1983)
