3-4-13: DEFINITION:

MOBILE HOME PARK: Any plot or plots of ground upon which three (3) or more mobile homes, occupied for dwelling or sleeping purposes, are located. Once a mobile home park has three (3) located mobile homes, no additional mobile homes can be brought into the park . (Ord. 2010-8, 10-18-2010)
