3-4-11: REVOCATION OF PERMIT:

All mobile home park permits are issued conditionally. After notice and a hearing, the village board may revoke a mobile home park permit previously issued in the event the applicant fails to maintain compliance with the conditions listed in section 3-4-10 of this chapter.
