Accompanying and to be filed with an original application for a mobile home park shall be plans and specifications which shall be in compliance with all applicable village ordinances and provisions of the state board of health. The village clerk, after approval of the application by the village board and upon completion of the work according to the plans, shall issue such license. A mobile housing development harboring only nondependent mobile homes as defined in section 66.058(1)(f), shall not be required to provide a service building. (1968 Code § 2.09)
