3-3-2: PERMIT REQUIRED; FEE:
No transient merchant shall engage in the sale of merchandise within the village of Reedsville without first obtaining a permit as set forth herein, and paying the fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day. (Ord. 2002-4, 9-3-2002)
