The finance officer shall prepare and have printed blank licenses for all classes of business mentioned in this chapter for the term of one year, beginning July 1 and ending June 30. Printed licenses shall provide for the signature of the finance officer or his authorized designee or representative charged with the administration of the business license tax program.
