11-8-2: REFERRAL TO OTHER PROVISIONS:
In addition to requirements and procedures set forth by chapters 2 and 3 (whichever applies) of this title, all condominium conversions, including, without limitation, the conversion of existing multi-family rental real property into a condominium project shall be subject to the requirements set forth in this chapter.
