When the planning commission has found and determined that a division of land qualifies for a final parcel map waiver, and subject to the applicant's compliance with section 11-6-4 of this chapter, the community development department shall issue a certificate of waiver to the applicant. The applicant shall record such certificate concurrently with the deed, contract of sale or lease of any portion of the property. A copy of both recorded documents shall be filed with the community development department before the certificate shall become final. (Ord. 2000-05, 4-25-2000)
