A. Major Arterial Streets:
1. Right of way width, one hundred ten feet (110').
2. Paving width, ninety feet (90') less eighteen foot (18') divider.
3. Radius of curvature (minimum), one thousand feet (1,000').
4. Sidewalks; for residential and industrial two (2) 5-foot widths, for commercial two (2) 10-foot widths.
B. Arterial And Collector Streets:
1. Right of way width, eighty four feet (84').
2. Paving width, sixty four feet (64').
3. Radius of curvature (minimum), five hundred feet (500').
4. Sidewalks; for residential and industrial two (2) 4-foot widths, for commercial two (2) 10-foot widths.
C. Local Residential Streets:
1. Right of way width, sixty feet (60').
2. Paving width, forty feet (40').
3. Radius of curvature (minimum), one hundred seventy five feet (175').
4. Sidewalks, two (2) 4-foot widths.
D. Commercial Frontage Streets:
1. Right of way width, fifty feet (50').
2. Paving width, thirty eight feet (38').
3. Radius of curvature shall be determined by city engineer and shall enter four (4) lane streets through bulb type intersections.
4. Sidewalks, one 10-foot width.
E. Residential Frontage Streets:
1. Right of way width, forty five feet (45').
2. Paving width, thirty two feet (32').
3. Radius of curvature shall be determined by the city engineer and shall enter four (4) lane streets through bulb type intersections.
4. Sidewalks, one 4-foot width.
F. Secondary Streets:
1. Right of way width, sixty (60) to eighty four feet (84').
2. Paving width, variable forty (40) to sixty four feet (64').
3. Radius of curvature (minimum), three hundred (300) to five hundred feet (500').
4. Sidewalks; for residential and industrial two (2) 4-foot widths, for commercial two (2) 10-foot widths where eighty four foot (84') right of way required.
G. Cul-De-Sac Streets:
1. Right of way width (minimum), fifty feet (50').
2. Paving width, forty feet (40').
3. Radius of curvature (minimum), one thousand seven hundred fifty feet (1,750').
4. Sidewalks, two (2) 4-foot widths.
H. Review And Approval: The intersection area of any major arterial, arterial, collector or local street with any class of street shall be subject to review and approval of the city engineer as to right of way widths, paving widths and other details of design.
I. Subject To Standards: All matters of design in cases mentioned in this section shall be subject to the city improvement standards and the approval of the city engineer. (Ord. 2000-05, 4-25-2000)
