When property is designated by the general plan or zoning code as being for commercial or industrial use, the design of the subdivision and the kinds, nature and extent of the improvements and dedications to be required shall be appropriate to such use as determined by the planning commission. Streets shall be adequate for the traffic anticipated for such uses and shall provide direct access from arterial and collector streets without traversing local streets or residential areas. Off street parking and loading facilities shall be adequate for the uses anticipated for such property and shall comply with all applicable requirements in the zoning code. (Ord. 2000-05, 4-25-2000)
