11-4-6: OTHER LAND USE PERMITS:
If other discretionary land use approvals are required in connection with development under the vesting tentative map, the subdivider shall obtain such approvals prior to, or process them concurrently with, the filing of the vesting tentative map. For purposes of this section, "discretionary land use approvals" shall include, but not be limited to, plan amendments, zone district amendments, conditional use permits, and variances.
