11-3-13: FINAL PARCEL MAP APPLICATION:
Prior to expiration of the tentative parcel map, unless the requirement for a final parcel map has been waived pursuant to chapter 6 of this title, the applicant may cause the land included within the tentative parcel map, or any part thereof, to be surveyed, may prepare a final parcel map in accordance with the approved or conditionally approved tentative parcel map and may file the final parcel map application with the city engineer.
The final parcel map application shall consist of:
   A.   Five (5) blackline copies of the final parcel map.
   B.   A title report on all land to be subdivided, prepared not more than ninety (90) days prior to the submittal.
   C.   Closure calculations.
   D.   The subdivider's engineer's estimated cost of improvements.
   E.   Subdivision legal description.
   F.   Fresno County tax compliance certification request.
   G.   Application fee established by the city council in its most current fee resolution.
The city engineer shall review the final parcel map to determine substantial compliance with the tentative parcel map and any condition of approval thereof. The city engineer shall review the submitted final parcel map and return a marked up copy to the applicant's engineer or surveyor for any corrections and changes to comply with the tentative parcel map, including any conditions of approval. After all corrections and changes are made, the applicant shall submit to the city engineer the mylar and a print of the final parcel map for the city council's approval. (Ord. 2000-05, 4-25-2000)
