11-3-10: EXPIRATION OF TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP:
   A.   Except as provided in subsection B of this section, a tentative parcel map shall expire twenty four (24) months after its approval or conditional approval.
   B.   The twenty four (24) month expiration date specified in subsection A of this section shall not include any time during which a development moratorium, imposed after approval or conditional approval of the tentative parcel map, is in effect. However, the length of the moratorium shall not exceed five (5) years.
   C.   Expiration of an approved or conditionally approved tentative parcel map shall terminate all proceedings, and no final parcel map for the land included in the tentative parcel map shall be processed without first processing a new tentative parcel map application. (Ord. 2000-05, 4-25-2000)
