11-3-8: EXTENSION OF TIME LIMIT FOR PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:

The time limit in section 11-3-7 of this chapter for the planning commission to act on the tentative parcel map application may be extended by mutual consent of the applicant and the planning commission. (Ord. 2000-05, 4-25-2000)
