The subdivider may file multiple final map applications relating to an approved or conditionally approved tentative map if the subdivider, at the time the tentative map was filed, informed the planning commission of his intent to file multiple final maps, or after filing of the tentative map, the planning commission or the city engineer and the subdivider concur to the phasing of the subdivision and the filing of multiple final maps. The commission or the city engineer may impose any reasonable conditions relating to the filing of multiple final maps. (Ord. 2000-05, 4-25-2000)
