10-21-2: AUTHORITY OF BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT:
The board of zoning adjustment may grant variances to the regulations prescribed by this title only with respect to fences and walls, site areas, width, depth, coverage, front yard, rear yard, side yards, height of structures, distances between structures, off street parking facilities and off street loading facilities. (Ord. 622, 9-2-1980)
