10-18-14: SUSPENSION/REVOCATION OF PERMIT:
Upon violation of any applicable provisions of this title, or, if granted subject to a condition or conditions, upon failure to comply with the condition or conditions, a use permit shall be suspended. Notice of such suspension and of the city's intent to revoke the use permit shall be sent by the building official immediately to the owner of the subject premises and to the person or persons responsible for noncompliance as determined by the building official. Within forty five (45) days of the suspension, after reasonable notice to the owner and to those deemed responsible for noncompliance by the building official, the planning commission shall consider the suspension and revocation. If not satisfied that the regulation, general provision, condition or conditions are being complied with, the planning commission may revoke the use permit or take such action as may be necessary to ensure compliance with the regulation, general provision, condition or conditions.
A decision of the planning commission pursuant to this section shall become final ten (10) calendar days following the date it is granted by resolution of the planning commission unless an appeal has been filed with the city council. (Ord. 98-04, 4-14-1998)
