10-18-9: EFFECTIVE DATE OF COMMISSION DECISION:
A conditional use permit shall become final ten (10) calendar days following the date it is granted by resolution of the planning commission unless an appeal has been filed with the city council. (Ord. 98-04, 4-14-1998)
