A. Following acceptance of a use permit application as complete for filing pursuant to Government Code section 65943, the planning commission shall hold a public hearing on said application.
B. Notice of the public hearing shall be given not less than ten (10) days prior to the date of the hearing in accordance with the requirements of Government Code sections 65905 and 65091 as follows:
1. Mailing postage prepaid, a notice of the time and place of the hearing to all persons designated in Government Code section 65091.
2. Publishing a notice at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in the city, pursuant to Government Code section 6061. (Ord. 98-04, 4-14-1998)
