10-16-10: REMEDIES OF PRIVATE PARTIES:
The provisions of this chapter shall in no way adversely affect the right of the owner, lessee or occupant of any such lot to recover all costs and expenses required by this chapter from any person causing such nuisance or failure to maintain private property. (Ord. 2016-003, 8-23-2016)
