A. Specific uses of land, buildings, and structures listed as prohibited in each zone district are hereby declared to be detrimental to the public health, safety, and welfare and are, for such reasons, expressly prohibited.
B. The enumeration of prohibited uses shall not by implication enlarge the scope of permitted uses; they are for purposes of clarity only. (Ord. 2009-06, 1-12-2010)
C. In addition to the specific uses of land, buildings, and structures listed as prohibited in each zone district, the following uses shall be prohibited in all zone districts and there shall be no administrative approval, conditional use permit, or other permit issued for such use:
1. Commercial marijuana operations, dispensaries, and deliveries, as set forth in section 5-13-6 of this Code;
2. The cultivation of marijuana in an area exceeding twenty four (24) square feet, as set forth in subsection 5-13-4A of this Code; the collective or cooperative cultivation of marijuana, as set forth in subsection 5-13-4B of this Code; and the cultivation of marijuana without a personal cultivation permit as set forth in section 5-13-5 of this Code.
