10-13-7: TEMPORARY OFFICES:
In addition to section 10-13-2 of this chapter, temporary offices may be located as accessory structures in conjunction with an existing commercial, industrial or other nonresidential use established in conformity with the regulations of this title. Temporary offices shall be permitted only in accordance with the provisions of sections 10-17-1 through 10-17-6 of this title. Temporary offices may be established for an initial period not to exceed one year from the date administrative approval is granted. However, upon written application submitted prior to expiration of said initial period, the planning director may grant an extension of time for an additional period not to exceed six (6) months, provided that all necessary city permits, including building permits, have been issued for the establishment of permanent office facilities on the site containing the temporary office use. If no extension is applied for or granted, the temporary office shall be removed at the owner's expense within ten (10) days after expiration of the initial period. (Ord. 95-013, 9-26-1995)
