10-12-9: REDUCTION OF OFF STREET PARKING AND OFF STREET LOADING FACILITIES:

No off street parking facilities or off street loading facilities provided for a use of land or structure in compliance with this chapter shall be reduced in capacity or in area without sufficient additional capacity or additional area being provided to comply with the regulations of this chapter.
