2-2-3: ORGANIZATION; COMPENSATION:
The commission shall elect a chair and a vice chair from among the members of the commission, to serve as such for one year terms commencing each January 1. All the members of the commission shall serve without compensation. The community services director, or authorized designee, shall serve as the secretary to the commission.
