2-1-2: REMOVAL OF APPOINTEE MEMBERS:
Any appointee member of any commission may be removed by any of the following:
   A.   The appointing official, subject to the approval of the legislative body.
   B.   A four-fifths (4/5) vote of the legislative body. (Ord. 94-018, 9-13-1994)
