A. Zoning Adopted: There is hereby adopted, as provided herein, a zoning code for the city of Reedley, state of California, which is a part of the this code.
B. Repealer: All ordinances and parts of ordinances inconsistent with the provisions of this title are hereby repealed insofar as they are inconsistent with the provisions hereof.
C. Constitutionality: If any chapter, section, subsection, paragraph, clause or phrase of this title for any reason shall be held to be invalid or unconstitutional, the decision shall not affect the remaining portions of this title.
The city council hereby declares that it would have enacted this title and each chapter, section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause and phrase hereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more chapters, sections, subsections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses or phrases are declared to be invalid or unconstitutional.
D. Enactment: This title shall take effect from and after thirty (30) days after its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage shall be published once in a newspaper of general circulation, published in the city together with the names and members voting for and against the same.
