9-3-8: PROHIBITED ACTS:

No person shall wilfully remove or destroy or mutilate any correct number placed on any building as required by this chapter without immediately replacing it with another such number, and any person violating this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord 377, 5-4-1965)
